You need to get a pickaxe from the market then go to aluminium mine with a truck, press windows key after walking around a bit then you'll start mining aluminum. then when your Inventory is full press T on the truck and click on the Ore and click store. After you have done this go to Aluminium processor which is located just by kavala. (Make sure you have money to purchase the licence, don't know the price) Then after you have done all of that go to Altis metal exports then sell it and repeat if you'd like. But just be aware there's a few "rebels" That rob Aluminium so maybe call police if you're on edge and the'll escort you

To make aluminium you need:

A pickaxe (Can be bought at the market)
A vehicle of choice
(Optional) The license to process it.

You need to go to the aluminium mine in order for you to mine an unprocessed version of aluminium, you will need a pickaxe (Bauxite if I'm not wrong, feel free to correct me though).

Once you've filled your vehicle and your backpack, you need to go to the Aluminium Processor and process. Before you start processing, you can choose to buy the license and process for free for an eternity, or pay a sum of money every time you launder depending on the amount. 
 

After you've processed your bauxite ore into aluminium ingots, you need to go to Altis Metal Exports, be aware though, people might try and rob you, so watch out.

Once you've sold your aluminium, you have an x amount of money on you, and just like that, your done.
