Incase nobody has managed to solve stage 2 yet, here is @SGT Vaffla's piece of art which he did, first person I know of to have done it by hand. My only clue for the third step is that the letters which are in the quotation marks are not actually letters as such, but more of a number, as a matter of fact, it's the type of number that youtube uses for its video ID's.

I will warn, stage 3 includes a slight curveball which may seem slightly illogical, if you look at the number you get by converting the base64 number to base10, then you should notice something specific about it after you perform a certain operation.
