Allow everyone to put on/take off gloves

Detailed Suggestion:

Quite a basic suggestion really, to allow everyone to take off/put on their gloves like the NHS are able to within the clothing interaction wheel.

The Pros:

Enhances roleplay with more physical actions such as putting on gloves to steal a car or commit crime or putting on gloves when repairing a car etc.

The Cons:

Dev work? Doubt it's much though

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
