It holds the cable so that way when I flick it ,it wont fly in all directions.It is useful in CS GO.

Pretty good cable management. Your desk looks nice and clean. You got a big beast in that computer case but it doesn t help your pvp skills so don t expect to get top notch frags ,)

Nope,the lights are from the spaces between them.You can clearly see in the second pic if you zoom in 4x Hyperx white text.
