Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): alex (there was another Alex on the server too at this time, the one im reporting is alex and not Alex.)

Description of what happened: He was going full speed in a stolen police car on the wrong side of the road, he crashed into us, and then he ejected and started shooting at us.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM, VDM, Attempted murder of medics. No roleplay.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No i have not. he does not reply ingame, so i set him a message that he could come to this topic to defend himself.

The first video could be VDM and it could be lag. It could also be a crap driver and on that hand his licence should be removed not his head. You have a 50/50 chance. Not to mention I have crashed multiple times there as it is a blind spot. Watching that video I couldn't see Alex even if I slowed the frames down, it was unlucky for them both. If you are from the UK and you drive on the wrong side of the road you either get ten minutes on News Night or you licence revoked, depending on your age, not banished from society.

The robbery he should be punished for as he actually did something wrong there but is it worth a ban? In the second video he never attempted to RDM anyone... All he did was fall out of RollPlay and rob a guy but for all we know he could have been RolePlaying a mute armed robber?? He should face punishments for crimes that he has done, not what he may or hasn't done. Jail him for stealing a police mans car, robbing a poor young man and give him a warning, a warning which comes with only two possible outcomes. He gets banned if caught again or he starts to make the community of this server a fun environment by not randomly robbing innocent civilians who have just been helped by some very kind medics. We learn from our mistakes but not our fear, pain or punishments.

I am going to state something from our British law, everyone deserves a fair trial. Guilty or not guilty, innocent until proven guilty. If this was you one day and the evidence was stacking up against you, coincidental or not, you would want someone backing you up on your side instead of everyone going out with pitch forks and lynching the poor fella because that is what The KKK did/do, you are not brutes you are humans and as long as man is human our liberties remain. Don't go back to the dark ages and skip to a conclusion on the colour of his skin or what he might have committed to. I call from the bottom of my don't let the rivers run with blood, or Enoch Powell would have been right all this time.

And @Wickedlike I am sorry to see such an unlucky amount of events pointed towards you of all people, one of the most important persons of our community. God gives us these random acts as tests to prove ourselves, to see really how good of a samaritan we truly are. Don't let them beat you!

Yeah i agree that he deserves a fair trail, and i guess this is the trial, kind of.

I can easily see his name on the original video, i can get some stills from the original if that is wanted.

This guy was RDMing people left and right in kavala, though i have no proof of that, just the word on the street.

What i find a little weird is that he starts to instantly fire upon us after the crash.

As for roleplaying as a mute robber, if this was in any way allowed, it would wreck havoc on the server. It would not be safe at any ATM anywhere on the map then. Not having a mic on server #1 is bannable alone.

As for me being somehow important to the community, don't know where you got that from, not sure if you are refering to me being a medic or not, or if its irony. But i will take it as a compliment, thanks for standing up for people anyways. Some people need it =D

Yes I know it is a bit ridiculous the idea of being a mute robber and it shouldn't be allowed if it is but I meant it as an example, what can we define or what is defined as "RolePlay"?!

After re watching the video many, many times and slowing down the frames it looks less like VDM but a tragic accident ( the crashing part ) the part were he got his gun out ( not shooting anyone but shooting ) should be accounted but this could also be linked at the idea he angry that he crashed thinking he was on the "right", being left, side of the road. The robbing should also be accounted but the word on the street is not acceptable as evidence in my opinion. Rumours are rumours and that is what they should remain. If anyone else has any evidence of him RDMing then that should be brought forward before stated. Other men on this server have done worse and gotten away with a warning, going to those other comments about instantly banning this chap is completely wrong.

Yes i completely agree with you, he should atleast get a warning for this in my opinion.

First things first, he's driving on wrong side of road, attempted nothing in terms of contacting medics to apologise....

Then walks into a situation, knocks someone out he's just killed, and even they, they stated he was "KoS"

We have a lot of talented roleplayers here, if he wants to be one, he can come online, put in an appeal, and apologise.

Ban Implemented.
