Description of what happened: I heard a tempest approaching the outpost while I was buying equipment so I ran to the tower. I killed him and his friend Jackson that had pulled up next to the trader and immediately after I killed him, he quit to save his gear.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Combat-Logging
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he left the server and rejoined a minute later but ignored my message.
