The combatlog is false if you look closely too the left you can see the mans figure running behind the tree's and bushes, you will have to play the video really slowly to see it because hes running behind the tress also please watch in 720p.

Hey buddy, can you please highlight it for me?

If I can confirm this then I'm completely willing to drop the combat log report from my end, I've watched it again and still can't see him. As for the VDM and Steam Ticket Check fail, if I can verify this, then I'm likely to drop those too as I figured due to the combat logging the VDM etc was most likely intentional.

@Yordle at 1:20 I am seeing that small spotlight effect the game sometimes gives you when a player is near, but I'm not seeing the player. However, I think the spotlight effect is enough to confirm your man was actually there, as I saw it soon after again when a hobo ran just out of my vision. 

Due to this Steph ♥ I'm dropping the combat logging "accusations". 

Also, due to being revived after the supposed VDM, I am going to drop those 'charges' too, but would like to remind you to please either play in 3rd person when driving so you can see behind yourself ( I get that you want to be immersed but it's going to cause some major issues for you down the line) or check your rear view mirror every now and again, we were clearly going to be in pursuit as you tried to escape from us.

Ok thanks, i have been telling him for a long time he should drive this way. And i hope there is no hard feelings, none on our side so it should be all fine :)

 
Okay I will close this report for now - But considering some of the peoples concernes I will keep an eye on you guys.
If you don't break any rules this shouldn't be a problem at all.
