Admins not replying to my Unban appeal?

I have recently put up and unban appeal about 1 hour ago and no one is replying, i am on only making this because i seen that other who put up an appeal after me have been replied to

Unban appeals have no timeframe and to be completely honest you have only been waiting an hour that's no time at all (bans are suppose to be 24 hours at least). Some people have waited over a month to be unbanned, while you are banned its the perfect time to sit and read through the rules so you don't end up filling another unban out again. I have read the rules already a while ago... and this is my second time writing an unban appeall and nothing has happened... sorry for the trouble, i was just wondering what was going on
