Hello Altisians,

We’re aware of a number of topics awaiting action in the Report-a-player, Compensation and Dispute a ban areas of the forums, and we wanted to make sure you didn't feel left in the quiet town of Neochori without a compass and a map.

We want to make you aware that we are looking at and preparing these posts for action, however we’re awaiting an update to our community administration panel which will allow us to implement these bans, un-bans and compensations

Once the panel is online, we’ll make sure all these requests are implemented ASAP, until then, if persistent rule breakers or hackers are disrupting gameplay please join the "

" on teamspeak, and contact a member of the mentor team whom will endeavour to contact an admin.

Thanks for the update Neo! It's always nice to be reminded that we're still being thought about. 

One thing I might mention if I may, I'd add on the police and NHS tags to that list. A lot of people have been patiently waiting up to a month to get them which can be quite frustrating.

@Neo I take it this includes things such as whitelisting etc. too?

Congratz to Neo on his Community Representive(which is spelt with a capital R as @DSGT Robert said). Neo, you have come a long way. Hope to have you here for long.

@Elakin yes this does affect whitelisting. As can be seen in the last line of Neo's post.

Good to know. I was discouraged, while only waiting five days, to see people waiting for two weeks at a time for their unban appeal to be actioned or w/e. Thanks! <3
