I got Banned but whitout any good reason. A PLF member stole our chopper and we openend fire. He landed and I killed him. Then his Fellow gang member (PLF Kris) arived and I killed him to. Then we took there chopper and PLF(Bart) fired on us. 

 
That's new to me, I was landing off the coast of athira to pick up Ashley. Upon getting close to landing I was shot out of sky killing myself as the person I was carrying.

You were landing at a location where we just had a gun fight with members of your squat so the yelling and warning shots should have been sufficient.

 
First of all my english is suffiecent for role play, but incidents like this are a bit hard for me so thats the reason why I didnt typed allot. 

I try to keep it short but if someone wants some more explanation please send me a messege ! I will just summaries the facts the way i see the incedent and the some other things :

general:

-I am not here to Bash on kris 

-I played for 3 months and never RDM ! I do allot of robbing and hostage but always with roleplay

The incident:

-My chopper got stolen we killed the one wo did it.

-Got in a gun fight with other guys (Also PLF) on the same spot.

-one of my gang members got killed, I killed the guy who did it. 

-Kris came in with his chopper, stil on that spot (near Athira indeed)

I understand that the PLF is a big gang so that Kris maybe didnt now wat was happening over there. And that he didnt heared us because of the chopper noise but i hope that my information explains more of what happend. 

 
My question would be how did you know that it was PLF in the chopper?

 
I don't think you understand serious role play. If you had killed one of my guys, I would not know about it. I don't know who you are, if he's dead, or what - that's called the new life rule.

There was simply no warning shots. I was about to land next to a hummingbird as Ashley was inside a house near it, a fresh spawn, when I was shot and killed.

A helicopter is no threat, if you had gone up to us, advised us to leave or even stood in front of us and shook your weapon, I'm not going to risk my own life and my gunners life. Remember, a helicopter gunner can't actually kill you due to the VDM script.

There's no role play initiated here, so I banned you.

 
This has nothing to do with bad roleplay. We were in a gun fight so I assumed you were called in as reinforcements.

If thats not the case then I apologize for killing you guys.

 
I didn't, I found out later after he was killed and I got banned.

But it does not matter if he was plf or not, anyone entering the location of a gun fight is considered hostile if they do not announce them self as friendly.

Thats the reason I didn't come out of cover to come up to them but fired warning shots instead.

But apparently this was a case of wrong place wrong time.
