Brief Summary:
Add vehicles to the rental options

Detailed Suggestion:
As it stands, the vehicles that you can rent are sort of underwhelming to the majority of the player base. My suggestion is to add some other vehicles to this that you can't get anywhere else.

As it stands I am suggesting that the stretch limo and dash bound bus are added, this would allow them to use for things like events etc... without them needing to be spawned in.

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Right now, this is the options;

The Pros:
- More variety of vehicles available for use

The Cons:
- None?

Yes! And atleast give them some armour upgrades by default aswell!

TBF could be another "money" dump in a sense for these special things, like limos and party buses etc, if people want to go the extra mile for their event they will do it, and is nice to take more money out of the economy too
