add more admins for Un-ban Appeals

Un-ban appeals are the lowest priority for admins. That's why they take so long.

Not only are unban appeals the lowest priority, the admin team must also make sure that any recruitment for new additions to the different sectors of being an admin is at a high standard.
Ive noticed new admins that accept bans, they've been here for months, know the ins and outs, work hard and know what is acceptable and not within the server. Take that into consideration and there's only a select few that are plausible.
with regards to unbans you must also consider; does the owner of this sever and the community want someone that has violated the rules back in? Could anyone else share the same or likewise opinion on if someone deserves a second or possibly third chance here? There's even less people to chose from that would share the qualities of judging if someone is deserving.
Its fine how it is. It's wrong to get banned and get accepted back within a few hours, where's the punishment in that? You should have to wait; miss the community and the in-game experience before opening the unban appeal in the first place.

Seriously?
Admins are volunteers who don't get paid but still do an amazing job. Yet you're complaining because it takes them slightly too long to sit down and look into your actions to decide if you deserve another chance.
