Add a new gas station?

There arent any gas stations all that close to this one. There nearest is Sandy Shores and theres one in Grapeseed (on the opposite side of Grapeseed - by the store there). With a little remodelling i think this place could maybe open for business again and possibly have a store in it also.

+1 - Can't see any issue with another business for people to invest in

-1 I don’t really see a need for a gas station here so I think that the dev time needed to transform this into a gas station would be better put somewhere else.

-1 There is another gas station just down the road in Sandy so not much point this being here.
