You don't. Nothing gets deleted it just gets hidden/deactivated. I am sure @Wilco or someone can deactivate it for you.

@Wilco someone just asking to have their forum account closed is fair enough, but to ask to be banned from the game servers doesn't seem 100% right, I would recommend checking that this is the real owner of the account asking for this and not a brother / friend / enemy / mom who is trying to troll them...
