Description of what happened: this guy told me to lay on the ground in the safe zone of kavala, i stated him that this is a safe zone and he cannot shoot. He didnt care and tried to kill me.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:shooting ppl inside safezones??
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:No, what happened there was very clear.
he was mad because i killed his friend in self defense. 
i already talked to police of what happened and he removed the bounty i got from it.

Just as a heads up, I watched the video and on multiple occasions I see you use phrases such as "I'm in a safe zone" or "I have this recorded & you're going to get banned". Although in this instance 'Abraham Lincoln' is breaking a rule, but so are you. By saying phrases like that you are completely destroying role-play. Just think, "if this was real life and someone pointed a gun at me and told me to get on the ground I'd probably do it" and if it comes to it and he kills you, try and speak it out with him on teamspeak or something then if you need to, take it to the forum. Just remember never break RP! Think of it as a real life situation! And in the words of the admins, #RPEverything
