Able to use police cams even after you get off them and are outside of police station.

Hi, any steps to reproduce the issue?

Go into the police station. Go to top floor use the CCTV press ESC to get out of it. Then I didn't press my arrow keys until I pulled my phone up and then when I attempted to go to apps it just switched to me as a camera
