Able to hear people in-game while they are on the phone

Another excellent idea by the lord of roleplay himself @PapaSmurphy basically when someone is on the phone next to you you should be able to hear what they are saying on the phone , as currently when your  on the phone no one else can hear what your saying even if they are standing next to you.
