Brief Summary: Add the ability to be able to share your house keys with another player.
Detailed Suggestion: Houses for sale, even the cheapest ones are big enough to room two people. There is a shortage of houses, and it becomes impractical to have to be around to let another person into your house. There should be the ability to share your house with another player on a permanent basis, the number of keys being based off the size of the house.
The Pros: Less houses need to be bought and added. Players can live together, have a private place to discuss things and share storage with one another. It also adds to roleplay by making the housing more like the real world counterpart.
The Cons: Houses would be fairly cheap if split between two or more players, this could be counteracted by increasing the price.
Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? It would make houses cheaper if the prices wouldn't change, and gives players a shared storage together. I don't think this makes it unbalanced though, everything that can be done in a shared house stays the same as before, only it becomes more practical vs. needing to use the intercom everytime.
