Ability To mute music without entering streamer mode

So this is something I have been thinking about suggesting for awhile. I have had it on many occasions where I have wanted to use clips of RP in videos however have been unable to do so or have had to mute the adio due to someone playing music loudly.I know streamer mode allows you to mute it however it also comes with alot of other resrictions such as not being able to see your radio frequency which is somethign I'm not worried about people seeing. Im suggest an option to mute music on its own without having to enter streamer mode

Tried this it just said set it to 5 even when I put 0 in

5 is still 0! (7) Is the lowest it can go with sound still playing

Can confirm @Avion Solar setting it to 5, the game considers this zero and you should hear nothing.
