Time & Date this happened: 5/9/2015 just after the midnight restart, maybe around 0020H

Description of what happened:
We followed a hemtt towards the copper mine near kavala and then stopped very soon in as they were close to ramming us many times, no compliance had been given by any party here just some horn honking. We then went around the side onto the hill to have a look at the area from above (video starts here). I then notice a hemtt on the hill, rifle towards us and just as we reverse, luckily we take a close (missed) shot from Nikos, we reverse away and he tries to ram us. We evade and prepare to shoot back as he fires on us, i kill Nikos. Sougias then rams the car and runs me over before a final VDM wipes us both out, giving him the chance to jump out to kill us, somehow he doesn't kill either of us (mr Wong takes a shot) and we kill him.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rules 3A and 3B
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes; we messaged them in game and looked on TS for them but they disconnected very soon after with no response to us and no presence on TS.
