50% Discount for vehicles/aircrafts/helicopters

Hi, I heard somthing about sale that sometimes you do and than you can buy everything in 50% off. so I would like to know where can I check when it will happend or it happend randomaly?

Because I want to buy the helicopter which cost 15mil but if i may get it for 50% off so why not

Currently everything is 50% off, and the system is being looked at and re worked. Buying it at £15M is the half price

Half price has been on for quite some time - Currently it is enabled full time, as Simon Ross mentioned, the system is being reworked currently. But yes, without half price, it would indeed cost £30M.

Thank you!  by the way do you know if it possible to scarp the hurun? becaus if it is that's stupid because I might loose 15mil because of it...

The Hurun is unable to be scrapped by anyone besides a member of the Altis Police Service. It would typically be scrapped if it was involved in any illegal activity. However, there is always the possibility of rebels stealing it, then commiting crime in it. 

You can report it stolen to the police, but this can only be done if you haven't died (Nlr), and if you have communications. (Example, they drop you in the middle of nowhere after seizing your communications - Don't immediately text cops that it is stolen, wait until you reach a phone booth, etc) 

In conclusion, it is physically possible to be scrapped, but only by police. It can be stolen and police may scrap it though, if it is involved in illegal activity, and they slack regarding confirming the owner (Which does happen. You know who you are!)
