If you buy a car it should be back into your garage after restart if no one took it to the Chop Shop :)

Also if the police impounded it so try not to waste money by renting cars just save up enough to buy one!

Anyways I don't think that you can get compensated for this but I'd help you out and give you some of my personal Character money :)

What do you mean by a guide? What exactly do you need guidance for?

Controls:

shift + j = arms up

shift + r = restrain 

shift + g = knocking down (gun required)

shift + p = earplugs

If your vehicles were blown up or broken down (your car has a backpack in it's inventory which contains 1 toolkit), they most likely will respawn in your garage after every server restart unless, like Steph said, it's being scrapped by someone. To use your toolkit, look at your vehicle and press the left windows key, you'll see an option menu and can repair your vehicle (toolkit can be used once, unless you have the repair skill where you have a 50% chance of keeping your toolkits).

The gathering/mining is done by the left windows key, if you mine for minirals you require a pickaxe. Also if you need any help, feel free to ask in side chat (don't talk though, type - people don't like it when you talk in sidechat as it may ruin others their RP experience), most people are willing to help new people out. :)  I would recommend a Carryall (biggest backpack, costs 5K), once you've filled your backpack press T (closeby your vehicle) and store the apples or anything else you've just gathered in your vehicle and start gathering again.

I know the pain of this, I had to do cocaine in an off-road to get back up. I will send you over 200k when I see you next time ingame.

 
And as youre quite new, i would give you one huge tip: Read the rules 6 times atleast.

I were utter shit at roleplaying, luckily a rebel helped me out right after I started and taught me the ropes and helped me learn the game. although I gotta say my roleplay now is 100x better than when I started out, I'd say try to find someone to learn you the ropes (I'd gladly do it but not able to at this moment as stated before, no computer powerful enough available) and the roleplay just comes naturally, try to make a role, like (If you want) a page on google docs or something like that stating things your character likes, if he's left or right-handed like a handbook for yourself for your own role and then act like you are that role! That's all I really can help you with, I wish you the best of luck and next time I see you on I'll donate you a bit of money so you can get yourself a truck :)
