3 Police in Little bird - RDM Murder at Cocaine Processing (Refused)

Time & Date this happened: from 5:10PM GMT to 5:30PM GMT, 23rd November 
 
Description of what happened:
 
I would like to say first that I don't expect any justice to come from this due to lack of evidence. Just wanted to let people know what happened.
 
It started out as just another cocaine run processing run.
 
I was processing cocaine inside the warehouse by myself, completely unarmed. Keep in note I am not wanted at this point and have not been on the run from the police. I suddenly hear a helicopter approaching.
 
I run outside to see a helicopter (not police marked, just plain black) begin to land.
At this point I presume that they are bandits trying to mug me. Two officers get out and open fire at my Zamak truck while the pilot stays in the helicopter.
 
I get in my Zamak truck and throttle it. Heading to Kavala.
 
They follow me and land the helicopter multiple times, get out and try and shoot my tires, then get back in. They repeated this process 4 times before giving up.
 
They never once tried to speak to me.
 
Eventually I get into Kavala and they fly away. After 5 minutes I decide it should be safe to head back to try and process my cocaine again (I had only managed to process 1/4 before they arrived.)
 
I arrive at the cocaine processing plant again and start to process. Within 30 seconds of processing the exact same helicopter appears.
 
It came from the direction of the police checkpoint north of cocaine processing. Almost the exact same situation repeats itself. This time they manage to shoot out one of my back tires and the truck comes to a stop about 500 meters away from cocaine processing.
 
They land the helicopter around 50 meters away from me and continue to shell my Zamak with bullets until it explodes. Killing me and blowing up anything I had.
 
One of my officers quickly comes up to the exploded truck and impounds my Zamak.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 
I messaged the admins online at time 10 minutes after it happened. No action was taken from admins.

Currently none.
 
I spoke to 4 police officers an hour later about what happened. They said it was not RDM and that it must of been a 'Raid' (I thought you could only raid a house.)
 
HOWEVER.
 
An admin could look up who last impounded my Kavala. That would give a lead to pursue.

It falls under KoS and RDM so it is against the rules.. nothing will come of it with no evidence though.

Yes I can and I don't expect you to believe me.

What you cut out in that video was that I had just driven through town and quickly put my truck in the garage.

I was Literally JUST about to log off when you guys (who had followed me there) asked me my name.

My parents were shouting at me to come down for lunch. I had already delayed them 2 minutes while I was driving through town to store the truck.

I didn't have time to deal with the officers. My parents took priority over the game.

When I logged back in later I was quickly arrested within 5 minutes anyway and served my time in prison.

Hope this clears things up.

 
I put my neck on the line for him I was on teamspeak with Skez0 when that happend and I can approve what he said, he told me exactly the same story when it happend and went afk afterwards.

You didn't have time to even tell the officers that were initiating roleplay with you whatsoever?

 
It's a shame you don't mention the warnings we gave you and the chase that ensued. One of your tyres was shot out, as a result we were advancing on you, you could have exited the vehicle and run on foot. However you decided to continue driving with the tyre out as we continued to advance on you. As a result of us firing into more tyres your vehicle exploded. 

Generally people value their lives in those situations and surrender. 

For reference officers involved: DI Bob, SGT Brat, SGT Liquid, INS Commando. 

(I also don't believe your story of logging off, but you can guess that already.)

That is true, I would rather die in an explosion then get arrested.

What warnings did you give me? Please I want to know.

I didn't hear anything from you guys over voice chat.

Other than that thanks for replying and identifying yourselves.

 
During the first encounter, we ran up and shouted "Police, exit the building". As you drove off we did shout "Stop the vehicle". 

During the second encounter we landed and saw you already starting to leave, we fired a few shots and go back in the chopper. As we followed you in the chopper the only form of communication we can offer you is via text chat, thus we asked you to stop the vehicle. Which you either did not see or ignored. 

I can only guess you did not hear us due to the chopper.

I suppose the helicopter did muffle voice chat.

To be honest even if I had seen the text chat I would not of stopped anyway.

Thanks for clearing this up. I think it's safe to say that cocaine is nowhere near worth the hassle anyway.

 
Moving to refused... next time before combat logging i expect you to quickly speak to the officer and say you need to go and when you return go stright to a police station.
