1 life at hm/casino for everyone

Detailed Rule Suggestion:

my idea is it to make when you have a hm going on or a casino that every faction involved with this only has 1 life until transport fase starts.
at the moment it is so that police and poseidon can come back to the fight until they are just bored. rebels on the other hand only have 1 life. So make it so that everyone has 1 life. so its fair for every faction involved.


Outline how your rule will improve the server/community:

I think that this will make hm's or the casino more active again from the rebel side. as at the moment their are no gangs who can actually do one. it makes it more fun aswell as atm if poseidon do one they keep comming back and i find this unfair compared to rebels. for the roleplayers under us who hate going to this its also good they die once and they can go on with their normal patrols only to get involved with it again if they want to in transport fase.


Think about any bad points your rule suggestion might have:

people who like shooting will be mad if they die quick, because they cant come back for a while.

What punishment if any should breach of this rule have:

warning point. and if they keep doing it ban

 
yeah I rate this! I don't like the idea of police and poseidon being able to return in waves every 15 minutes. I think it should be when your dead you are dead. Just my opinion I do not see why police are exempt from not being able to return, doesn't seem fair to me. Just my opinion though it doesn't matter too much, good suggestion !!!!

 
the thing is if you was to rob some place big you wouldn't just get a few 25 you would have everyone and even patrols from elsewhere say you robbed a bank in one state of america that is massive. Police from other states would turn up as well so it makes sense they can just keep turning up. It not as if its impossible like Poseidon used to be (now it is as GB, GN, and holiday gangs) have shown.

None of those gangs have done it without outside being helped by 1 or 2 more gangs which is something that isn’t really realistic.

 
At the moment rebels get fucked every time. At least this way they stand a chance - and they can still return in transport assuming the defending faction has one person survive(whether this is in a hellcat/taru, or was on the ground). This suits the current necessity of rebel life. If rebel does take off again, and larger and stronger gangs start playing, then this change can be reverted, however currently this is needed. 

 
I've noticed there's quite a few -1's? Maybe some feedback would be helpful as i don't see how a faction can have unlimited lives and rebels can't? 

 
It has to be hard for a reason. Speaking for cops you think irl that if you kill the first wave of police that more wont come. Us the second wave will be more organized and better armed. Then speaking what about an hm 2 weeks ago 15 cops on 8 of them were pcso and only two of them were tier 2. That why it a -1 from me 

 
This doesn't make it less hard you still got transport phase where the cops can keep  coming back. there is imo no reason why Poseidon police can keep coming back doesn't matter if they are the attacking faction and rebels arent even thought we have way less people and we pay way more for our gear. saying well there where only 15 cops and 8 pcso's thats just though luck. most times when i did hm's we fought 25/30 cops and a lot where nca gear and ar. the gangs are way worse now a days and Poseidon you have to worry about as well. while you maybe get to transport phase you as rebel fight 15+ cops and most times 10/20 Poseidon trying to take it from you. see its really hard only reason we did get 1 truck last time was more luck it was a shit of an operation. now tell me this is it fair that Poseidon who do a bank with 20+ guys all car 95.1 + guns and keep coming back. fair and not 15 rebels who can only come back once. and yea its not realistic but i hate that argument its a game mate nothing is realistic.

you all want rebel life back i see alot of posts about it because police finds it boring to just have the same fights against Poseidon and us doing fuel station robbery's and athira bank. let us do other things then. well i give you an idea how to make banks more active again from rebels and none of you want it in because of the we will lose more fights mentality. i think this needs to change if you want the server back stop thinking about yourself s  and think what is better for the server.

I understand your pov very well bit understand mine as well plenty of there was an hm ongoing when there was only 15 cops on maybe a few extra came on but that was it. Then when look that there is generally 3 pcso and best case two of them are tier 2. Great two more guns we can throw at set up mk1 and sw. We give those guys 6 lethals thats all we are allowed to give them after that they have to use rubbers wih are utterly useless in a gunfight like an hm plus the general lack of skill with those pcso's(not that thats their fault there at that rank for a reason after all). Then maybe you got 2 AR and 3 nca and rest are mix of everything im between. Before we get organised and are ready you guys almost have broken into the vault room the minute the negotiater arives you place the charge and spray the guy out. Maybe you dont do that hassan but other gangs do. What do you think that does for the experience of the police. We cant just ignore it because its the only major crime if we do gold command will rip us a new one rightfully so. And yes its a game i umderstand that more then you think but this rule is in place for the police/poseidon to make it easier to defend in all scenario's and yes i completely agree that its unfair if there is like 25 cops with an full nca and ar patrol online that come back every 15 min like its cod zombies. But also see it from the other side when there is barely 15 cops with almost no ar or nca online. If they only have one life then honestly i dont think it shiuld be called a major crime. Just an athira bank with benifits

 
do you have any idea to make a hm active again from rebel sides? because at the moment this is the only way i see it being done.

 
As stated before with a gang of 8 all armed with 7.62 weapons 's and only 15 police with 8 being tier one PCSO, 2 being tier two and the others being a small assortment of ranks. It's a pointless gunfight which is what all gangs stem to do. There is never any roleplay when it comes to the HM other than crappy things such as 1000 black carrier rigs which won't happen. 

If you want the rule to change there has to be an equal benefit that suits both sides being rebel and faction. If you attempt to implement something that is bound to fail it will most likely be removed and another post like this will be made a few months down the line.

Your cons for this change are not correct -As not all faction member's crave a gunfight-, the cons for this would be an increase of bank robberies where gangs who are in just for the gunfight are most likely going to win and if a constant stream of these happen will potentially ruin the economy. 

Yes there may be a benefit from implementing this, but all in all its going to force the faction to be utterly bored of dealing any gangs and rebels doing the HM.

Here's my suggestion, implement a rule that benefits both sides - 

During a HM, at any time an individual dies they are to not respond unless everyone already at the situation has died or the transportation phase has begun.

- This rule will allow the first wave of police/ Cartel to potentially deal with the threat in the first wave, however if they all die they respond again after 15 minutes with a clear mindset but also allowing the attacking individuals to find better alternate positions to fight off the second wave and/ or make an attempt to begin the transport phase.

This rule also benefits the attacking team, allowing them to slim out the defenders and use this as an advantage to begin moving the gold/ whatever. 

There are downsides to all suggestions, and there's always the possibility that if it gets down to a few individual's they may just attempt to get themselves killed. But I'm sure we can come up to a conclusion about that.

Probably gonna get some face palms for this, but it's my opinion if you care.

15 cops online with 3 PCSO's is not the rebels fault.. 

If the police even with limited numbers cannot come up with a plan other than all pushing 1 at a time and getting wiped (which pretty much happens every bank i have been in since joining police) then they deserve too lose the gold. 

100% it should be a 1 life thing for everyone. At the absolute limit, you will fight 15 cops twice at HM then leave then fight maybe 15 cops twice again in transport or seller. Thats 60 cops give or take. And rebels get 2 lives. People will down vote the fuck out of this because it will negatively effect the police. 

But then tbh half the police turn up once, push like a twat then dont return anyway.
