-1, I created a new character and got to the max level in 3 days. If the progression is too quick, it gets boring quick.

I personally have a free Revolut bank account to circumvent this issue, they include both an online and a physical card which work as a credit debit card (you need money in the account to process it, so no US credit card debt simulator). There's other banks like Openbank that offer the same.

That's a base GTA feature if I remember correctly. Above a certain altitude all planes get a speed boost.

+1, a little QOL update that'd make everything even more enjoyable. 

Bawway most definitely approves of this fine establishment. Great RP, still a little sore from the tattoos given though :). Loved the noises as well.
