I now realise that i could not be taken seriously without a weapon on me, so i will ensure that i always initiate with a visible gun. Next time in this type of situation i will be more hostile and pose more of a threat to the people i am initiating on so that i can be taken seriously

No point to continue this cause u'r banned. As i already said if someone entered the place of gunfight doesn't give you option to shoot him without initiation.  That's not a problem if the person have a gun on back / in hands or he is interacting with downed officers/rebels/hobos...

I bought this licences 2-3 weeks ago at one moment, don't know can u buy them or not, but don't buy them at all - this is completely wasting money. If u want to throw away 2 mil. give them to hobos.
