Im not entirely sure if you can read but ''5 Minutes'' ... the video shows you coming down the road so you would not have been able to hear or see any gunfire/deaths a few minutes beforehand. Whether or not you knew, you were walking into an ACTIVE gunfight with your weapon out ... Meaning I am...

There's also a difference between that and you running away with a weapon and potentially finding cover to engage us back in combat. I not only said put your hands up but to also stop running multiple times because you were a threat in this situation. As you can hear from the end of the video...

Again, you were came into an active gunfight with your weapon out, we didnt know who you were at the time and seeing as you were coming into an active gunfight with your weapon out, I dont believe this was RDM.

This was an active gun fight as my friend and I had previously engaged on two other players within the copper trader very shortly beforehand. These two players approached us with guns out.

As you can clearly see in the video, we were RP'ing with the player and after he was knocked out, he went prone and (glitched? im not sure) so that It appeared he was pulling out a weapon (7:06 In the video), I assumed he was trying to retaliate after somehow getting free and so he was shot...
