What if I shoot (obviously no one gets hurt) but the victim draws a gun in response and starts shooting back (not necessarily in the right direction)? Wouldn't that be classed as retaliation and consenting to the fight?  P.S. If one compensates the fallen with cash afterwards... would that be OK?

I have been wondering for a while now how one should handle a more aggressive initiation. If I and my bud is doing stuff (of the more questionable kind) and want no one around/get close, (I mean within 200-500m) Can I then fire one or two intentionally missing shots (or warning shots if you may)...
