Yes, of course the server means a lot to me.

I would come on the teamspeak and talk to them and pay for any items they had lost but the admin just came straight to me and banned me without giving me any chance to explain or to apologize. 

Yes i am aware of the VDM rule as i said he stopped in front of me however vdm is when you use a vehicle as a weapon for example running people over on purpose or deliberately ramming into someones car blowing it up resulting in death.
