I do own a mic yes, just at the time I couldn't use it. I usually play with my mic. 

To be honest - I feel like I've been hard done by, purely because I was trying to retrieve my stuff from RDMers. The rule stating I can't go back to where I died, well I was shot dead in a spawn zone. So I had no choice.
