im banned for no reason something saying name i was in jail then got a 25 hour ban then also happned to someone else i know

hi there basically i was playing the game and talking in teamspeak at the same time without realising i had side chat up for like 2 secs so therfore i got banne for not realising i was talking in side channel.It was a pure accident and will not happen again.
