I also have to state that this report was not posted within the 24 hours that followed the incident. 

In my defense, I assumed I was able to shoot at the police from the point when one of them said that they were taking shots and other officers got their guns out,  however it does not justify shooting this PCSO who had his gun on his back (I only realised that later when I watched my footage)...
