Right I get it now, and I have found it. Compensation approved for: 339 Pistol Bullets, 200 SMG Bullets

There is only one clip as far as I can see

Ow it won't actually be the money it's just the standard answer. There will be a compensation request in the court house with the exact ammo amount that you can claim. There will be instructions in the final message of this ticket once a staff member pushes it through to the final stge.

@oBigTThe ammo was returned by means of a compensation which you can claim at the court house following this guide:  

Could you provide the character id (also known as your citizen ID) for both you and the friend you tried to pass it to. The id have provided was your session ID

I'm a little confused the video you link doesn't have a pink blista in it. Can you explain in a bit more detail when you lost what from where.
