Just wondering as my friend is perm banned does it literally mean he can never join the server again or does it mean he cannot appeal until a certain period of time after? If so how long does he need to wait? (BTW he was perm banned for combat logging) ~LINK TO BAN~

What is the required age to join the UNMC - Whitelisted Rebels? As i'm 15 but have been playing the server now for a while and was just wondering if there is any chance, at my age, if i sent a application, that i could get in as rebel.
