    Definitely not a routing issue then, you're hitting the data centre. I'm leaning towards a firewall issue. Might be worth PM'ing Wilco with your IP and ask if he can find out if the IP is blocked on a firewall from connecting to the TS.

    If you can't even ping: 185.38.151.194, then it's most likely a Firewall issue (could be either end) or possibly a routing issue. Try doing a "Tracert 185.38.151.194" into a command prompt. It might highlight a routing issue.

    Can you ping: 185.38.151.194 ? Wilco's said that the recent firewall changes shouldn't affect the TS server so it's not related to that. Not using any VPN's or phone internet or anything?

    @Wilco@Ciaran It's what I mentioned the other day, is it worth re-looking into this if its so critical to the police? I notice the length of times for logins stored are pretty high, maybe just restrict it to only the last month of logins or something?

    Generally all bans count as part of your number of chances. Unless it was mistaken identity or the person was proven not to have done something wrong. I think just some Admins choose to say Unbanned for final chance, and others just say Unbanned. As far as I know they are treated the same.
