More like the last server that vaffla had, it would be whitelisted, and more than likely you'd all stay together, since 7 day horde's are tough on your own

This is my evidence here, nothing more to add, you arrived at an active gunfight, seeing cop cars and a hunter and you step out with a gun, you've been on this community for a while so you must know what happens if walk into a gunfight with a rifle out...

I think he meant that fact that you posted another ID in the ban appeal at the top. But it checks out. Have you re-read the rules and are ready to follow them?

What would you do if found in the same situation again. 

Why would you do this online, what's the different from saying this to someone and online. You say that you wouldn't do this in the real world, but you did, your said it in a malicious way towards people. 

If found in that situation again, what would you do differently?

Respond soon @eddan40 This is the second time you've had to be prompted. If you fail to reply a third the appeal with be denied. It's your responsibility to watch your appeal. 

You know you are prompted to read the rules when you join the server for the first time, it's your responsibility to do so, and you skimmed through them?  Please quote the rule that you've broken and explain it in your own words.
