I do belive that investors and maybe lifetime donators should be added to the list of prioritized que. There is not so many people in this group and most of them are long standing members that generally have done a lot for the server.

You can approach Sergeants and Inspectors ingame with questions, if you want a motion to change them you would need to approach police command ingame.

If you want to see more leading up to what the short clip is i can see if i still got it.  Yes, the player has indicated he belives what he did was fully okay. As a gang leader he should know better then straight up log because he dont like the RP senario.
