I believe that we were trying to ally the builders and as I clicked on IB instead I realised as I went off the y menu that it was the wrong gang as the builders weren't appearing so it took me around 20ish seconds as shown in the video to find who we were allied with and to cancel the alliance.

As one of the gang leaders of illicit I allied the wrong gang by mistake as I meant to ally another gang  when I came online last night, as previously mentioned we can't see you so I don't really understand where you're trying to come from/ blame us for with the alliance mistake as I clearly...

Yes, looking back on it my attempt at being 'cool' could've been potentially worse and in the future if I'm unbanned it won't happen again but like I said earlier it didn't which is why I previously stated I believed the ban was not appropriate. 

I have learnt not to fly close to high roleplay density areas incase something like this happens again, I have also learnt not to  put too much trust into my flying skills. 

I was flying over Kavala as I didn't believe there was a rule against that and its plainly more fun flying over city rooftops rather than a field, I thought I could get away with a trick as I thought I was at an appropriate altitude at that time. Well as I previously mentioned I didn't kill or purposefully hurt anybody as it was just an accident, I may have hit some people with fragments and cost them a few first aids which ill gladly comp them for.
