No. I'd have denied it if that was the case. Answer the question - why should we unban you? in detail please.  It's your opportunity to convince us why we should put any effort in to your appeal.  If you don't, we wont.

6 warnings, 2 bans and one of them was for 3 different rule breaks.  This is your last chance Honda. Next one is a perma ban.  Keep that at the forefront of your mind when playing.

Contact them next time there are police on, or turn yourself in to a police station wearing the same gear / weapons you had on when you were arrested.

Please put more effort in to your appeal.  Why should we unban you ? 3 lines is insufficient and what you did write doesn't give us any indication on why we should unban you.

The 1st situation was still active because I-99 was involved throughout and continuously monitored and tracked you. You can see this in the video.

I'm not dealing with this report, but just to clarify, since this seems to be causing confusion. What you said, isn't the case. During an active gunfight, if you 'maintain eyes on, police OR rebel, you can continue the situation. Different story if you lose visual contact as you wouldn't be 100%...
