-1  it’s already a major advantage riding a bike in a police chase as there is not much we can do you can fit in tighter gaps and we have to be so careful when we chase a bike adding this feature would just make it completely pointless turning up to drug deals

+1 great idea but I also like the idea of only being  able to do it in say for example a private cell in PD 

+1 I think it would add to the realism of the server if you think about RL there is always background noise be it cars or crowds now this would be asking to much probably but definitely make it abit more interesting to have some sort of disturbance on the radio
