This may also suggest why, i ressed him 3 times, in Kavala all 3 times cars including cop cars and a tempest device randomly blew up, about 10 people including Neo could vouch for these random car explosions. he was at the scene all of the times.

You take it to compensation request, but i can vouch i was the medic on scene several cars just exploded with no reason.
