Your last appeal timed out, and you were close to getting unbanned. However, I have gone through your ban history. You have a previous ban and unban for VDM exploiting, RDM, and Combat Logging.  Although your offenses are old, why should we let you back if you're just going to RDM again?

For the record I reviewed some reports, but if the evidence is uploaded to playstv, I can't review it as its blocked by my firewall. I didn't ignore certain reports, I just couldn't view the video at work.
