what is the point? The people complaining have never been bounty hunters. You genuinely can't win without metagaming, and it's got to the point whereby you have to roleplay intensely with them for half an hour, just so they get bored and give themself up, for a bounty of 100k, which you only get...

Yeah, usually if you roleplay the shit out of it well enough, the criminals are pretty decent with it, and they will be okay with you, but as a bounty hunter, i recommend doing the street run near kavala with 3 shops, and see if you can get to one while it's being robbed, but try not to get in...
