the fix you done sorted everything for myself and many others in the city. I did find if you have a hair fade, you need to go and remove that before the tattoo's would appear, then you can go apply it again after.

I had the same issue previously, They put a fix in for this. We did notice if you remove your hair fade, the tattoos then appear.

Found this to be the same, So I ended up selling it. Took it out of parking, drove literally 20 feet to park in a space and it was dirty.
