I've put in 3 orders for fuel the other day, I've done one myself, didn't get paid for it but the fuel was actually delivered. however, somebody was doing the delivery for me and never got paid and the fuel was not delivered to the gas station and the fuel job reappeared at the trucking depo.

Don't know if a bug or intended, however you can only unlock/lock the vehicle if you look directly at it and the distance is much shorter than before. makes it a bit of an issue if you need to jump out and run somewhere, but can't lock the car behind you, so you need to turn around and lock it...

Just provide extra storage for the houses, the  cheaper houses pay extra for storage (double) the  more expensive ones storage would be cheaper as there's more space available to begin with. the upgrade would only  provide with an extra 2.5-5k storage.

Quick and brief one: when vehicles are spawned at a house garage (apartment or house) the vehicles are unlocked, I'm pretty sure it would be easy enough to change it so they will be locked (easier than changing it so you spawn the vehicles at the garage itself, but that's also an option)
