Unfortunately from the evidence provided i cannot be for sure that Rostaffur intentionally VDM'd you neither can i see the actual VDM from the POV provided. Therefor i will have to Reject this Report.

After speaking with the staff team it seems that Carl Murphy has already received a warning for this incident as it was witnessed by a staff member.  Therefor i will be rejected this report on the bases that Carl Murphy has already been issued a warning for this.

Unfortunately from the video i can not be sure that this is VDM as your POV is too far away. As for him admitting its not clear whether he is telling the truth or not without the VDM evidence. Thus i will be rejecting this report.
