I would’ve locked this appeal due to it being bumped. However, we aren’t going to accept that you believe this is a false ban. Write a new appeal with effort.

Afaik this shouldn't be happening. @ArchieStated in the police meeting that it would be more or less for people being massive trolls, and fucking around. Something along those lines anyway, Im sure he can further add. Sounds like a bug. 

Not needed. G2.9 bans come with a complete wipe (Assets, Money, Inventory etc..) of a character that you choose, whilst the others are permanently deleted. Do you agree?
