We dont really do compensations like this. if you think the officers broke a rule, you should report them. if that report then gets accepted and only then you can re-open a comp request asking for these items back, until then this will be denied.

Surely this is more a problem to do with the player mentality that is currently on the server, rather than the actual suggestion. I think this idea is great promotes some healthy competition between turf gangs and gives them something to do for "bragging rights" no harm in that.
