The person in this situation did fail to value his life with a knife to his back and decided to run, which is against the NVL rule, for which he will recieve a ban. ID 719 - 2 day ban for NVL G2.4

-1 , dont want it to be completely disabled from being pickable by civs because thats dumb, but I do agree it could take longer or something like that after Police forget about it in cordens they are fair game
