There seems to be multiple hospital interiors overlapping each other, making navigating through difficult as you collide with invisible objects. There are also times, from certain angles, that you can see the different layers.

The camera is a core GTA mechanic, I believe. The only way to have it flip between the two would be to remove a couple of the camera angles, and everyone likes using different ones so how would you pick? For the sake of a few button presses, it's not really that big of a deal, is it?

Yes please! I like the option of having a variety of RP situations, and not having to rush to revive someone during an RP scenario.

When I drive I use my controller, but when I'm on foot I use mouse and keyboard to get around this issue.

I saw that the Range Rover had been added in, but I hadn't been informed that it was replacing the X5! This makes me sad

Title says it all really! When I spawn the NHS HART X5 it gives me one with the Police skin. When I last tried to get in, the game crashed on me.

NPC missions, especially as NHS, would be awesome (and possibly coincide with a way of seeing all currently active calls? 😛) and allow for a few more specialist rescues, as well as joint NHS/Police adventures! I'd love to see it. I've made a nice list of suggested scenarios/mission below, and...
